LAKE ARROWHEAD: Man shot, wounded by deputy PETER SUROWSKI / STAFF WRITER A man near Lake Arrowhead who officials say pointed a shotgun at a sheriffs deputy has been shot. The incident started when dispatch received a call from someone saying the man, Scott Prather, 55, a resident of the Blue Jay community, was armed and a danger to himself, San Bernardino County sheriffs officials said in a news release. Deputies went to a home in the 400 block of Milburn Drive and tried to contact Prather by telephone with no success.
