It appears to extend furthur than the K building did, occupying what was formerly part of the south road behind the store. It is also furthur to the east of the former 1/3 K west part. It appears that the new 2015 Academy building will have a corridor between it and the 1985 west building. It also appears to overlap what was an open outside garden part of the former K store. The remaining space may accomodate parking spaces like those accross the road at the laminate flooring store. That egress ends at back parking and the south west back roads.
