LAMESA ROAD PAVING SCHEDULE: A third party contractor will begin paving the west side of Lamesa Road between Dormard Avenue and Walnut Lane next week. They plan to begin Phase 1 on Monday, from Dormard to Hickory Avenue. Phase 2 will follow from Elm to Parker Avenue. Phase 3 will take place from Parker Avenue to Walnut Lane. It will take approximately 1 day to complete each phase, barring any unforeseen problems. Beginning in the morning, each phase will be completely barricaded off. The intersections and entrances that are located in each phase will be closed off for at least 24 hours after they have been paved. Traffic will be narrowed down to a single lane in both directions located on the eastern half of Lamesa Road.
