LAMIDOS EX-CHIEF OF STAFF PICK GUBER FORM TODAY Category: News Published on Monday, 27 October 2014 13:59 Written by Abdullahi Anako, Dutse Hits: 565 Alhaji Aminu Ringim, former Chief of Staff to Governor Sule Lamido who resigned his appointment last week has concluded plans to pick nomination form today to contest the forthcoming PDP gubernatorial primaries in the state. This was disclosed to Daily Trust by immediate past State Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) Chairman, Alhaji Isa Duniya Bahutu who is on Ringims entourage to collect the nomination form. Right now we are at the Dutse International Airport waiting for Overland Airline to fly us to Abuja. The entire state PDP stalwart are here. As you can see the airport is jampacked. Ringim has been a loyal, dedicated and focus party man and his choice is a reward for commitment and loyalty. Ringim has been chief of Staff to Lamido for eight years. He knows the in and out of government and we expect him to continue with the giant stride started by Lamido. He said there is no APC in Jigawa adding that whoever the PDP nominate in all elective position in the state will win. Another PDP stalwart, Alhaji Muhammadu Daguro told Daily Trust that the entire PDP in Jigawa is satisfied with the choice of Ringim adding that they will suport him all the way. Aminu Ringim who served Governor Saminu Turaki and Governor Sule Lamido as Chief of Staff respectively has spent 16 years in that position. A grass root politician, Malam, as he is popularly called has been in active politics for well over 20 years.
