LAND IS WEALTH................why is Guyana offering land to Trinidad or any other country....this is a crime...Trinidad wouldnt offer Guyana any of their oil rights.........let Guyanese farmers be allowed to grow crops that Trinidad can import..........land should only be leased to national of Guyana...if other nationals what land....then let them be involved in joint ventures in which Guyanese own at least 40% of the venture......again.....we have the wrong people creating national strategies for Guyana......see Bai Shan Lin for further horrors.............time to create real wealth and broad based development through enlightened and experienced leadership............all deals should have a skills transfer or technology transfer component...or a tax for the development of the University of Guyana or our school system......this is what happens when you have an extractive political system (versus inclusive) and clueless extractive minded individuals (me first, Guyana later) running Ministries.
