LANSING CALL CENTER HIRING If you have family or friends looking for an opportunity to work for Consumers Energy who possess the following qualifications, they may apply now for full and part time Customer Service/Sales Representative positions at the Lansing Call Center. The starting rate for this position is $13.42 per hour with a $2 per hour wage premium for bilingual skills and a $1 per hour wage premium for weekend and night portions of the shift. The shifts offered will be generally fall between Monday through Saturday. The projected starting date for these positions is November 2013. Customer Service/Sales Representative Qualifications Must have the desire and ability to provide essential services to our customers in a highly structured, fast-paced and sales-driven environment. Must be proficient at navigating in a Windows environment, and be able to type 30 words per minute. Must have proficient speaking, spelling and grammar skills. Experience in customer service and sales is highly desirable; experience in SAP is a plus.
