LAST DAY OF FROZEN TOMORROW!!! Due to high demand we are using a Fast Pass System. Passes are issued to those who line up in order that they line up. All attendees must be in line at the time passes are issued to receive passes - we can not issue passes for people who are on their way. This ensures it is fair for those who are in line behind you. One pass will be issued per child and you will be given a time to come back based on your position in line - please be aware that this is sometimes up to 60-90 minutes from the time that you get the pass however you are able to go and see Santa, get something to eat or wander the centre during this time. All sessions will be capped at 20 minutes to ensure as many children as possible are able to access the free event. The passes gives exactly the same result in that children are admitted at the same time as they would have had they stayed in line and the same number of children go through however you are able to walk around and come back at the designated time instead of standing in line for long periods of time with restless children. We recommend you get in early as we have run out of passes between midday and 1:30 each day. Balloons and Tattoos as well as the free colouring in activities that are available inside the event will continue to be available from 10am - 2pm regardless of whether or not you go into the play zone. We apologise that some have missed out. We are doing everything we can to ensure as many children as possible have access to this great free event.
