When: Saturday, July 27th at 8am What: In house team competition (3 WODs), a pot luck paleo/primal cookout and a live feed of the CF Games projected on the wall. Who: All FF members Movements: Run, Row, Box Jumps 20/24, Farmers Carry 100/60, Burpees, Air Squat, KBS (eye level)1.5/1pood, Thruster 75/50, Deadlift 155/100, Overhead Lunge with Med Ball 20/14 We will split teams up evenly and each team will have a designated captain (Josh H, Ryan, Willis, Crystal, Kristie, Wally, Lexie, Cameron & Chris M). Each team will submit a name, colors, mascot and uniform/costume (optional). We are looking to see who would be interested in competing. The 1st WOD 1A "Row, Row, Row!" 1500m Team Row @ 250m increments. - 10 "Floor to Ceiling" Air Squats before each row.
