LAST FEW SPACES LEFT! Please book in ASAP so we can sort the numbers of aromatherapy goodies for you to work with thank you! Friday 28th June 2013 7.00-9.30pm **Sumptuous Summer Indulgence: Vinyasa Flow and Aromatherapy at Yoga At The Boiler House, Shire Hall Way, Bury, IP33 2BA (2.5 hours) bookable direct through [email protected]. This will be a gloriously indulgent 2.5 hours of Vinyasa Flow Yoga at Improvers-Intermediate level. There will be an opening meditation, pranayama and a wonderfully dynamic asana practice – finishing with some deeply restorative postures before the closing relaxation and meditation. All of this will be combined with a sumptuous array of aromatherapy oils to enhance different aspects of this Summer heat workshop as the focus shifts and ebbs and flows – reflecting mental clarity, uplifting, inspiring and dynamic sequences and then the latter deeper, opening and more meditative part of the workshop. I will also be using a hand blended, organic muscle balm during relaxation. All of these will be formulated and provided by Natalie Garden, a hugely talented locally based Clinical Aromatherapist (MIFPA), who will give an opening introduction at the start of the workshop, explaining which oils will be used when, and for what purpose (apart from sheer sensory delight!) It will be an evening of hard work on your mat combined with thorough indulgence to welcome the Summer (!), create some space and heat and detoxify the body …. Please note that booking for this workshop is also essential as places will be limited (especially following the popularity of the Winter Warmer and Spring Aromatherapy workshops) – please email me at [email protected] if you have any questions (and if you are a beginner?), and to book your place. Mats and blocks will be provided but if you have your own, please bring them along. The workshop costs £25.
