LAST NIGHT!!! a true incident i can stop thinking that there is a conspiracy out to get me, i boarded a motorcycle to convey me to school around 22:00 hours, planning to spend the night working on another art project in my painting studio. i believed that despite having to spend the past three night working with barely any rest at all, to however meet the deadline i must do one more. i was exhausted i Had not rest after a stressful day so i was one this bike en-route to the academia, speeding at a modrerate speed, i could see the school gate from here, i bounced up to re-adjust my sitting, then the unexpected happened. half way through my re-adjusting elevation, the head light shone on a bike and bike man, out of nowhere, no lights on. still in air and mouth opened, (why it was opened; i had no idea) the bike i was on impacted the other bike man. already in air, i went flying at the speed of the obstructed bike. sumer-salted a couple if times, landing with diferent body part each time (head, right hip, right knee, right elbow, stomach) bruising all. finally i was drag on the asphalt. during my acrobatics my opened mouth had a melo drama (didnt lose a teeth if you are wondering) my upper teeth set acted like a vampire and immersed itself enterly into my lower lip. i stood up against the vibrating will of my body, the pedestrians wouldnt allow it, they forced my to sit for a while and offering various advices. finally i got up, and an onlooker returned my books to me (poetry scribbles and one other) i limped to school, but cant stop thinking about the crashed bike i left behind, what was there income, that they would now have to had bike repairs to their expenditure, would there be dinner tonight for him, and his family (if married) all these for less than hundrend naira T-Fare. tots frm my bleedin head
