LATEST DEVELOPMENT - 05.10.2014 Dear friends, I hereby inform you about the latest development in the efforts being made by the RAPID ACTION FORCE FOR BANKERS’ WAGE REVISION. Yesterday, I met Mr. Anil Desai, Member of Parliament (Rajya Sabha) of Shiv Sena at Shiv Sena Bhavan, Mumbai and discussed on various issues including our wage revision issue. He welcomed my initiative and seemed to be very much impressed. He asked me to join the Uddhav ji at stage during his campaign. But, it is not possible, as you everybody know very well. It was a more than an hour meeting between us and may help us to create more pressure for our demands. I also, discussed with him about the harassment felt by bankers in the implementation of Jan Dhan Yojna. They may incorporate a few of our demands in their manifesto. If they do this, the RAPID ACTION FORCE FOR BANKERS’ WAGE REVISION will support them in their elections. Although, they have fielded their candidates in Haryana, also, but, possibility of their forming government there is bleak. I have also, requested him to implement 5 Days Working Week for all the State Govt. offices and make it compulsory all over Maharashtra for private sector, also, if they form government in Maharashtra after coming state elections. This initiative is going to create more pressure on Central Govt., IBA & UFBU. Friends, the RAPID ACTION FORCE FOR BANKERS’ WAGE REVISION will remain “apolitical” and continue to make such efforts in other states, also in future. We don’t intend to break any Bank Union, as it may harm our unity and our welfare at this stage. Please, join the the RAPID ACTION FORCE FOR BANKERS’ WAGE REVISION at https://facebook/groups/267605626763330/, in huge numbers to make us more effective. Bring others also, in the fold. UNITED WE STAND, DIVIDED WE FALL. ABHAY CHAUDHARY
