LATEST: Kennedy Kaamba initially seen as an unlikely bird fellow of Patriotic Front Presidential aspirant Edgar Lungu has today stunned many political observers by leading a group of Lusaka PF youth members that have endorsed the Lungu candidature in a move unprecedented according to a Radio Phoenix news item today. Kaamba joins a growing list of other senior party members that have endorsed Lungu amidst a little democratic resistance that appears to be losing ground said insiders. Lungu has the support of 70 MPs and more than 30 Central Committee Members for the candidature that has sucked in a total of 10 candidates from the ruling party including the Presidents widow Dr Christine Kaseba Sata, the Lusaka Mayor Mulemga Sata, the Matero Law maker Miles Sampa and Kabwata Legislator Given Lubinda to mention but a few. In other news Sylvia Masebo, the Chongwe MP has take a harsh swipe at ZNBC board Chair Dr John Mulwila SC for criticising her and hon Chishimba Kambwili regarding her reported alleged attack on ZNBC veteran broadcaster Kenneth Maduma recently. Her attack was echoed by Mr Kambwili.
