LATEST UPDATE: khadijas accuser has rescinded his accusation against her according to his facebook page. Tural Mustafayev wrote on his facebook page this morning I want to withdraw my application to accuse Khadija Ismail and I will do it. He also said he needed a lawyer and expected to be arrested. While it is good Mr Mustafayev recanted his allegations, the timing is suspect -- one day after the offices of Khadijas employer were raided by police and sealed off. We wont be surprised if the government quickly comes up with additional charges. We suspect even they knew the existing inciting suicide charge was laughably bad. We hope we are wrong and we hope prosecutors do the right thing and release Khadija.
