LAVC Family, Im messaging this morning with some very sad news. Duane Iverson, a very dear and special man, went to be with the Lord last night. Were in the midst of planning a celebration for his life and are needing some help. This Friday, January 2, Duanes funeral will be held at the church at 10:30am with a luncheon following. Were planning for around 200 people to attend and are asking for help in the following areas if youre able. Please read the following and message me (Troy) or reply to this message if you can help. - We need lots of side dishes and salads for the luncheon (we are pretty good on bars). Would you consider contributing and dropping these off either Thursday, January 1 between 1pm & 3pm or between 8:30am and 10:00am on Friday, January 2? - We are looking for a small set up crew to help us set up tables and chairs for the luncheon. Well be meeting at the church this Thursday, January 1 at 1pm. If you can help, please let me know. - We need a couple people to help run the kitchen alongside Earl and Annette. This will include making coffee and beverages, and keeping things moving throughout the luncheon. Thanks so much everyone! Love you, Troy Easton
