LAW ASSOCIATION OF ZAMBIA REFUSES TO GIVE LEGAL OPINION ON THE PATRIOTIC FRONT (PF) CONSTITUTION THE Law Association of Zambia has rejected a request by Acting President Dr. Guy Scott, to give an interpretation of the PF’s constitution on how it may adopt its Presidential candidate. In a letter dated 19th November 2014, written to Scott, LAZ President George Chisanga stated that the provision of legal counsel by LAZ does not extend to private citizens and private institutions. Earlier, this week Acting President Guy Scott had requested that the Law Association of Zambia’s (LAZ) assists with the interpretation of the PF’s constitution on how best it can picked it presidential candidate.
