LOUIS GRAND JURY by assistant district attorneys submission 16 Sep to each juror OLD (illegal since 1985) LAW allowing shoot4mere running away (case Garner v. Tennessee went all da way2supremes, dispositive) -- odonnell has propounded 3 excellent questions o d.a., including how many times have u introduced faulty law2grand jurors, & have u EVER introduced that faulty lawB4? when real law was given weeks later2jurors by same assistant d.a., she did not explain it in any way (whereas i believe her introduction o bad law DID include description o it as applicable)! SHE SHOULD B DISBARRED & prosecuted (along wit any knowing participants) 4 CONSPIRACY 2 OBSTRUCT JUSTICE!
