LCAC Vice President Rev. Phillip Blamo To Head LCAC Delegation To Ohio For ULAA Convention. The Vice President of the Liberia Community Association Of Connecticut (LCAC) Rev Philip S. Blamo will lead a high power LCAC delegation to the 39 NATIONAL GENERAL ASSEMBLY of the Union Of Liberia Association of Americas ULAA in Columbus Ohio. Rev. Blamo was appointed by LCAC President Hon. Joe Morris Kalapele to steer a committee that will organize delegates and design strategic to raise financial and moral support for the trip. Over 200 Liberians from across the U.S. and Liberia will be taking part in the 39 General Assembly of ULAA in Columbus Ohio slated for September 20, 2013.
