LDS Doctrine teaches that intelligence, or the light of truth [has always existed], was not created or made, neither indeed can be. (Doctrine and Covenants 93:29) Joseph Smith taught The spirit of man is not a created being. It existed from eternity to eternity. Anything created cannot be eternal. Earth, water, etc.--all these had their existence in the elementary state from eternity. That just makes sense to me. What do you think about it?
