LEAD ENGINEER (PROCESS) – 20sar05 For a renowned Oil & Gas EPC firm based in the UAE Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE Industry: Oil & Gas / Energy Functional Area: QA/QC- Site/Office Min. exp. in same role: 2 years Min. exp. in same industry: 10 years Education: BE/B.Tech - Chemical Salary: Negotiable • As Lead Process Engineer you ensure that the latest state Process technology is applied in the Pipeline process design and Engineering. • You support the Engineering Manager and/or the PMC (Engineering consultant) in ensuring process deliverable involves in the project. You ensure that for the work done, the design basis and contract information are complete, you acquire any missing data and seek clarification of ambiguous information via the project/proposal organization. • Furthermore you approve process design and engineering documents and make sure that all documents are correct through a review/check Procedure established at the start of the project. • Review /Perform Process simulations; surge analysis • Participate HSEIA, HAZID, HZOP, SIL, QRA Study • Review/ Prepare Process documentation, such as Heat and Material Balances, Process Data • Sheets, Process Flow Diagrams, Piping and Instrument Diagrams and Process Descriptions, Line Hydraulics • Prepare bid evaluation and technical recommendation of vendor; Represent EPIL as a process engineering contractor in meetings with client, subcontractors, suppliers and authorities; • Train and coach staff under your guidance continuously in such a way, that they become self-starting, motivated and completion driven, all according the requirements of their function description. aptresources.ae/registration/registrationform.php
