LEADERSHIP AND BOUNDARIES: Boundaries demarcates territorial occupation that has standards, rules, regulations and limits of operation. Boundaries clearly define areas of resources, deposits of treasurers which determine life-hoods of families, communities and a Nation. Diversion or a shift of boundaries will always result into a ripple of outrage that never ends until they are resolved amicably. When a boundary is illegally moved men become desperate and declare war without a thought to defend their ownership.God commands in the Bible,"Do not move an ancient boundary stone set up by your fore fathers"Proverbs 22:28;23:10 This shows how important boundaries are that men may live at peace with each other. When God calls a leader to lead his people.He clearly defines the area of his calling. God has put standards, rules and regulations and limits embedded in His word for a leader to follow. He births in the heart of the Leader His Vision,a Burden, Goals and Objectives that are achievable. God provides human resource, deposits of Spiritual and Material treasures that determine life-hood of Families, Communities and a Nation for the Leader to steward. Praise be to the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who has blessed us in the heavenly realms with every spiritual blessing in Christ Ephesians 1:3-14. The leader is then required to operate within a stipulated boundary. A shift from the given boundary will result into an outrage from the people. Rebellion sets in like a wild fire consuming all that is in its path for the deposition of the leader. When Leadership boundaries are kept peace reign like a river and their legacy spreed from generation to generation.
