INSIGHT Salvation is the act by which the offended reaches out to the offender in such a way that a lost relationship is restored at the expense of the offended. This is what Christ did and this is what great people like Joseph did. This is what God expects from His children. Before Jacob apologized, Esau built a bridge to love his brother again. He cancelled his bitterness. He swallowed his pride. He humbled himself. He did not lose the war. Instead, he emerged the hero of the day. This is the sign of true greatness.
