LEADERSHIP PROBLEMS ( BIBLICAL STANDARD ) Every strata and spheres of our local, national and global life is governed by Leaders. It is human being that governs on earth not inanimate things. What you see today in our world today are organize by men. Although a higher influence exist to manipulate things to its own favour but God has left the control of this world in the hands of man. When a man’s life is not correct and he is in particular place his exacted influence will also not correct. It is as a man lives, organizes, designs, and position that his arrangement and orientation will be like. To be a Leader is to be in the lead. To lead is to be ahead and in front. The first in everything is the supposed leader. Lets get it straight, the leader is like the ladder by which every person climb to the top. The leader is the first to lay down for others to follow. The experimental specimen and first sample in every arrangement is the Leader. The one to whom every strength presses on is the leader. Leadership is only a tool to constructive renovations, innovation and enduring building. Whenever you see any building you must know some persons built it. The main man in the work is the leader. The leader is not that man that concentrate or accumulate authority. He does not dress up himself with authority and use it for selfish ventures. They will also be leadership problem as a long the human nature is always in operation in the human life. Every societal problems are human generated by human beings name it poverty, hunger, confusion, corruption, perplexities, war and anarchy etc. Things will always go bad without a good leadership. The problems in our society can be resolve if only we have good leaders. Many people wants to follow but who would they follow? On the other hand, followers have their own issues to sort out but leaders are the cardinal point here. Whenever we see a disarrayed country we ask who is the President? The original goals set by the Creator of all good things is that all men to be a good leader. Nobody is born a leader but rather you grow into it. The greatest potential God created every man to be is to be a leader. Yes, Followers are potential leaders. In other words, Leadership is in levels. A Leader in level zero is a follower one, the others in level one is also a follower in level two. Take it this way; the least of all leaders is a follower, although a potential leader. If every one of us see ourselves as a leader, whether you are submitting to a leader that is also a follower of another person then our problems on planet earth will be almost solved. When we lost the sense of our leadership potentials and glory, we suddenly became a nonentity. We all just assume to categorize many group of few people as leaders and others as followers. Thereby making the whole of mankind lost the sense of our strong grip of the responsibilities of our various potentials. This is one plan of the enemy to rub us of our glory. When you see that you are only a follower and not also a leader, you have indirectly limited your potentials to the full capacity you are created to be. Any leader who think leadership is to oppress others is not a leader. ( Contrary to the Autocratic leadership you know). Leadership was ordained and drafted and embedded in humility. Without humility you can not be an effective leader. That is, it is a mandatory requirement for all men to be humble because one day yours may at the apex of your workability. God made so. Any leader that find it easy to be submissive to another leader must do well in life. Spiritually, it is very true. If you allow the Holy Spirit to controls you and you are totally submissive to HIM then your usefulness to the glory of God will be excellent and marvelous. The Bible says “ …as many that are lead by the Spirit of God there are the sons of God… “ To provide and to be the solution of our various leadership problems in the world today, YOU MUST BE UNDER ONE LEADERSHIP CONTROLS AND SUBMISSION.
