Gouthey ) TO BE A LEADER * Begin with praise & honest appreciation * Call attention t peoples mistakes indirectly * Talk about ur own mistakes before criticising the other person * Ask questions instead of giving direct orders * Let the other person save face * Praise the slightest improvement & praise every improvement . Be hearty in ur approbation & lavish in ur praise . * Give the other person a fine reputation t live up to * Use encouragement .
