LEADERSHIP and FOLLOWERSHIP...these go HAND in GLOVES and it is said that one CAN NOT RISE ABOVE the OTHER, for OUT of the FOLLOWERSHIP comes LEADERSHIP...In ESSENCE this means that for ANY NATION to RISE and FULFIL POTENTIALS its FOLLOWERSHIP must be CAPABLE of PRODUCING VIBRANT LEADERS who WILL in TURN INSIPIRE GREAT FOLLOWERSHIP!!!!.....In this our COUNTRY NIGERIA has found itself LACKING, hence we have been PLACED in the DOLDRUMS of UNDERACHIEVERS and in a DEFAULT STATE of a FAILED NATION. BIBLICALLY JOSHUA 1:8 is the CREED of GOOD LEADERSHIP....MEN of VISION and COURAGE!!....here in Nigeria the I believe that the GREATEST CHALLENGE we face as a NATION, PEOPLE and as INDIVIDUALS is FEAR that like a SPIRIT which it is, has SEEPED into our MENTAL CONSCIOUSNESS and has made us IMPOTENT to ACT in COURAGE and STRENGTH...we FEAR to DIE...yet DEATH is INEVITABLE!!....we FEAR to STAND UP for TRUTH, JUSTICE and EQUITY, yet we will one day SEEK these and FIND them NOT!!!....we FEAR to FACE the TYRANNY of BRUTALITY and IMPUNITY in the HOPE that it WILL PASS us BY, sad because EVENTUALLY we WOULD be SWALLOWED UP by these same FORCES!!!....We have SAT, READ and WATCHED in LANDS ALL around us ANCIENT and MODERN, PAST and PRESENT as INDIVIDUALS and PEOPLE have CAST ASIDE this spirit of FEAR and RELEASED a FREEDOM of ACTION where SIMPLE and SINGLE DEEDS have SPUN into TSUNAMI of CHANGE!!!!...of this I am SURE CHANGE WILL COME, CHANGE HAS COME....for the IMPUNITY has REACHED NEW HEIGHTS,...and we have begun to HEAR the VOICES SPEAK OUT...the SMALL DEEDS of a FEW, are the SEEDS of CHANGE.....soon soon the COURAGE to STAND UP will GERMINATE....and AFTER WHO but GOD can TELL the SIZE of the HARVEST of CHANGE...GOD BLESS NIGERIA..the LAND of my BIRTH!!!.
