Do as many repetitions during that time as possible. Complete the entire circuit 2Xs. Recover between each exercise for 30 seconds. DONT GIVE UP when its hard! Monitor your progress keep a journal of your exercise and how many repetitions or seconds you could complete. Then return to this exercise again and monitor your progress.
