Job Skills/Requirements POSITION: INTERN - DEVELOPER DESCRIPTION The ideal candidate is highly motivated, always learning and willing to work to expand their software development knowledge inside and out of work. They are able to adapt and pick up new and different technologies quickly. Candidates will be expected to code primarily in C#/ASP.NET for a wide range of products along with WordPress/PHP. Designs or recommends software solutions that support business processes and follow software design best practices. Implements SDLC methodology to ensure consistent, high quality solutions are developed or sourced. Assists with process, data and object modeling as necessary. Partners with Business Analysts to define requirements, process flows and software solutions. Collaborates with developers, stakeholders and subject-matter experts to establish technical vision and analyze trade-offs between usability and performance needs.
