LEARNING MODULE FAO learning Module on ORGANIZATIONAL ANALYSIS AND DEVELOPMENT January 2014 The learning module aims to build the capacity of actors involved in sustainable agriculture and rural development by providing a comprehensive overview of the theory and practice of organizational change and development. The module is organized in five substantive chapters. Chapters 1 to 4 provide an overview of conceptual frameworks and processes used in organizational analysis, development and monitoring, with one chapter dedicated to multistakeholder processes. Chapter 5 provides a practical toolbox containing 20 toolsets and accompanying exercise sheets with instructions on how to assess, design, implement and measure organizational change.
