LEGAL HELP IS AVAILABLE -- no cannabis charge can be made to stick in Bermuda anymore. I was deeply saddened to learn last night that not one, but two of the friends I have made through this group face pending cultivation charges. I just wish I had known sooner, but theres plenty of time...check this: There is no way to successfully prosecute someone for cannabis use or cultivation (or probably even import) in Bermuda at this time. A serious mistake was made by the Police and the Ministry of Public Safety (not Dunkleys fault this time), in another case, and the mistake makes it impossible to prosecute any more cases at all -- if the defendants counsel understands and applies the correct legal principles. IF YOU ARE FACING A CRIMINAL CHARGE FOR CANNABIS, PLEASE CONTACT ME IMMEDIATELY. I was convicted exactly 0 (ZERO) times for these 4 stunts, including the final one, in which I walked into a magistrates office with over 100 live plants -- enough for a 5-year mandatory minimum, no parole.
