LEGAL NOTICE By issuing a building permit for: (PROPERTY ADDRESS) chesterfield township et al acknowledges, understands, and agrees, that any application for permit was not in Good Faith thus signed under duress infra. Chesterfield Township building and zoning administrators do not dispute the material fact, applicant(s) Joseph Giannosa and Bethann Giannosa hereinafter Giannosas are private noncommercial natural human beings and their private property does not fall within the municipal jurisdiction, venue, and/or rights of Chesterfield Township to enforce, engage, or create a claim as applicants Giannosa’s hereby inform Chesterfield officials that building and zoning ordinances are administrative rules and NOT LAWS and do not pertain to the Giannosas supra. These administrative agencies adopt rules and guidelines under color of law or color of authority which have not been ratified or promulgated. These rules in fact bind the agency but do not bind any other entities including but not limited to the Giannosa’s and therefore do not pertain to private noncommercial natural human beings such as the Giannosas. The Giannosas are currently not engaged in commercial activities subject to building codes and/or ordinances. The Constitution of the State of Michigan establishes that legislative power of the state is vested in the states congress and therefore Chesterfied Township cannot lawfully delegate or supersede that power to any committee or agency without proper ratification or legal authorization. The Giannosas hereby inform The Chesterfield Township and all of its representatives, officers, subsidiaries, and or assigns that by law they are not immune from suite when violating Giannosas civil rights and thus are fully responsible for any and all damages that have occurred, are occurring, or will occur if it is found that they forced applicants to sign an application for a permit under false pretenses, under laws that do not pertain to the Giannosas. This Legal Notice was created in Good Faith acting within the Laws of the State of Michigan and the Constitution of the United States of America (1776). If there are any inaccuracies, errors, omissions, or conflicts of terms, all parties of the Chesterfield Township have 90 days from the date of this notice to prove that this Legal Notice is inaccurate or invalid and therefore must send a copy of the law and a declaration of authority in writing and signed to: (PROPERTY ADDRESS) or all parties hereby agree and understand that there is no claim incontrovertible to the Claim the Giannosa’s have made herein. HOMEOWNER AFFIDAVIT I hereby certify the building work described on this permit application shall be installed by myself Joseph Giannosa a private natural person in my own home in accordance with all laws of the State of Michigan and the laws of the Constitution of the United States of America (1776).
