Case No. 16-2014 – Bonefish Grill – Extension of time request – to obtain any or all Building Permits, Certificates of Occupancy or Compliance or Completion Certificates in conjunction with BZA Case 09-2013 & Permit #29475 – to build a one story restaurant. Premies known as 340 Sunrise Highway. Case No. 17-2014 – Bonefish Grill – Parking variance was not initially deemed necessary as the Landlord was to merge lots so that restaurant would be contiguous to public parking field alleviating the need for a variance.
