LEGIONNAIRE OF THE WEEK . This week’s Legionnaire of the week is popular member Belinda White!!! . Belinda has been part of the group for approximately 18 months now and her fitness has grown exponentially in that time period, and more importantly, so has her mindset. . We have proudly watched Belinda transform herself into a “Healthy Living” lifestyle which she shares with her fellow legionnaires, regularly sharing her “clean-eating” recipes in our Legion Fitness Living Facebook Group. Always encouraging, inspiring, and helping others, Belinda is a well-respected and vital part of Legion’s Fitness community. . One of the regulars at training, even though she has constantly battled injury in the past few months. Belinda hasn’t let this injury setback prevent her from the regular training habits that are now an important part of her life, an indication of her “huge-hearted” approach to life and training. . Belinda’s enthusiasm and intensity at training is infectious to others, hiding the pain with her “never ending” smile, no matter how hard the workout. . CONGRATULATIONS Belinda, this week’s LEGIONNAIRE OF THE WEEK!!! . Here’s what Belinda had to say about her fitness journey as a LEGIONNAIRE…… . “With the risk of sounding cliché, Legion Fitness Living has completely changed my life. I know this seems rather dramatic but it is the truth. I have not defined the changes I have seen by the numbers on the scale, the distances I have ran or to any ‘before and after’s’. For me, my biggest change has been my entire outlook on health, nutrition and exercise. . Before I started with Ross exercising was few and far between and even the thought of regular exercise was tiring (if not a little bit frightening). My only form of exercise was the odd boxing class, in which I had committed to a 10 day pass. I think when I started bootcamp I was 3 months in to that same 10 day pass. . Nearly 1 1/2years later and here I still am - a completely different person. I am now stronger, fitter, more energetic but more importantly, I now make healthy living a priority. It has become a part of who I am. Since starting I have not missed one week of training (except for holidays) and if someone had told that girl who used to lay on her bed and feel sorry for herself where I am today - I would not have believed them. . So to Ross and the girls…thank you.”
