LEGS CONDITIONING Its football season at the moment for me so keeping well conditioned is very important. Adding in a couple conditioning sessions at the end of your training for 15 mins will help with body composition also. Lean your body weight against something and drive your legs up as hard as possible for 10 seconds, rest for 10 seconds and repeat this 12 times. Try and get your chest parallel to the floor to make it super hard!!
