LEGS! Heres a great superset you can add to your next leg workout!! ••LEG PRESS - I placed my feet a little higher and kept them closer together (always make sure your knees never go over your toes as you press!). This helps with that outer sweep on your quads AND targets the glute/hamstring tie in...YES! I did 4x15, making sure the weight was heavy enough to feel a burn at rep 10. ••POP SQUATS - Awesome plyo move to add as a superset. Sit low and keep that back straight as you squat! Give it a try and let me know what ya think!
