LEO (A0980177) ****MISUNDERSTOOD AND LOOKING FOR A FRIEND**** Meet Leo, a 2 year old Pit Bull Mix. What’s the first word that pops into your mind when you see him? That’s right STUNNING. He is a magnicifent looking guy, isn’t he? Not much is known about Leo because he was brought in as a stray, but looking into his eyes you can tell he is confused and scared. Leo has had to fend for himself on the streets of Brooklyn and now he is in an environment filled with fear and death, locked behind bars. Who can blame Leo for being scared? Leo is acting out because of all this and that is being read as being difficult. But I beg to differ, I see it as being uncertain and fighting for his life. Leo needs a friend who can help him, give him security and show him life is not all that bad. Leo only has tonight, and judging by his actions, he will be the first dog in the room of death.
