LESS CASH EARNED = LESS TAX PAID = STRICTLY SMALL FAMILY I need our MPs pass a law with a table like the one we use to calculate PAYE, if the less you earn equals the less tax you pay, then it is also relative that the lesser you earn equals the number of children you can ever have! I need to see that table ASAP as a guide that your economic power gives you the privilege to have whatever family you want. Anyone who earns less than KShs.100,000.00 a month should only have a wife and a maximum of 2 kids, contrary should attract a jail term of not less than 5 years with no fine option.
