My heart is literally pounding right now...I just re-watched one of the various stories Beachbody has compiled of my weight loss with TurboFire, and EVERY TIME I get emotional when I see the part about being able to *accept a compliment* from Chase... What a journey this has been for us! When I initially started losing weight, there was nothing the poor guy could say right. I was sooo touchy and defensive! We literally had to make a deal that I would just let him know if I was able to accept a compliment...ridiculous? Probably! But, that way, he didnt have to worry about me flipping his words and turning it into him loving me more now that I was losing weight... Talk about having to tread lightly... But, as my self-confidence grew, it got so much easier.
