LESSONS WE MUST LEARN When God makes it His business to purposely and deliberately break/humble the natural wisdom of His people, He must first allow the plan of their own hearts to run its course. This God allows so that they who plan their own course can partake of the fruit of their own consequences. We must all face the truth that there are some things so deeply embedded within the fabric of our thinking and wanting that only the fires of affliction and the despair of deep disappointments can wean us from them. This is truly the love of God. These lessons must be taught to our hearts and burned into our consciences by the Holy Spirit. If not, we will always think to be right in our endeavors because God has yet to prove that we can be wrong. These lessons teach us prudence and discretion like nothing else will. Although the trial maybe painful and the disappointments emotionally draining, but the poisonous pus of presumption has been been swallowed up and a vessel fit for Gods use has been made.
