LET ME SHARE THE MELANCHOLIC AND SAD STONY OF EXPLOITATION OF NORTH EAST YOUTH AT DELHI..... Robin Sir, I would to draw your concern on the latest development of my troublesome issue. Sir, as per the court direction to rejoin the company on 21-10-14, I reported the company as per the direction. The directors and the man who introduce himself as Deepak Yadev , were harassing me and threatening me. Mr. Khyung Bin Kim (younger son of Tae an Kim (M.D) Korean national) told me that they don’t need me what I will do is only to sit in the security room at the company’s gate. Sir, in that meeting Sanjiv kapoor one of the directors adviced me that I cannot fight the company nor Mr. Tae an Kim at all, saying that I will get lost on the way, so beter to leave the company quietly and go to manipur. Then he alleged me that I had taken some important drawing from the company, and also I have taken 20 lacs from Mr. Tae An Kim, Then I simply answers them that was wrong allegation, if so, let Mr. Tae an Kim(who was also sitting in the meeting) say that. But at that time he raised his voice and shouted down me. Then Mr. Deepak Yadev (powerful man) asking me where is my mobile phone I answer, its in my bag. Then he said to me that I am living in C-299 gamma 1, but till now he is not touching me. Mind that I will go nowhere even in manipur also he will not leave me he threaten me. And he said that he has to protect to Mr. Tae An Kim, he is from korea. And I answer him that I am not challenging to anybody, I am just asking Tae An kim to give my dues , compensation, I am physically and financially damage working in his company for more than 13 years. Then he raised his voice and allege me that I got drunk and got accident not on duty time. And he further said that he will asked to Mr. Mahesh the owner of Kailash Hospital to give in written that I was drunk at the time of my accident. Then, he called the police SI. name Naran Prakash ( mob;09999604940) who came with my complain letter to SSP Noida including your (Roin Sir) letter to SSP noida. Then he told me that should he call to DGP Uttar Pradesh or to the chief Minister Uttar Pradesh and asking me what do I want? Sir, sorry, in that environment and situation I dared not to give them your letter I felt that that will provoke them harm me so, I hold the letter back with me till now. Then he said to send me to another injection company as stock keeper, but another director embarrassed me saying that what work I can do, put me to sit at security guard room. Then they left leaving the SI and myself for further inquiry. In that situation I was just like a mouse in the hand of a cat. I remember God thro the scripture Psm 119:23,24. Though rulers sit together and slander me, your servant will meditate on your decrees. Your statutes are my delight, they are my counselor. I received inner strength and sit the whole day saved and peace in my heart. I summarized all the facts to the SI Naran Prakash, he understood (but he did not note down my statement) and he went to talk to Tae An Kim (M.D) but come back to me with nothing difference saying that Tae an kim did not want to meet me. Just sit at the gate and get salary as before, for sitting. The whole day I sit at gate of 8ft x 8ft room without allowing to talk to anyone , limited my movement only in the guard room itself, and for personal needs I did outside the road , water they brought in the guard room. With the Direction MK Gaur Sir, I call up 100. to notice, and witness my present in the company, I briefed the police my situation showing the court paper, but after meeting the management he said this is court matter and he cannot help and after all they are paying your wages and he left.
