Suffice it to state therefore that the binder production involves a technology of its own. The manufacture of paint therefore, involve mixing, grinding, thinning adjustment, filling and labeling. Grinding, in the paint manufacture consist of wetting agglomerate into single particles or similar agglomerate in the liquid. Until the 1930s, grinding was an energy-intensive process coupled with low production rate. But during the 1990s, grinding was improved by the use of high speed dispenser consequently ,the process became less laborious and time consuming Pigment is incorporated into paint mainly for aesthetic reason.
