LET THE BUYER BEWARE !!!!!! This is what we thought we bought.. the beautiful picture... The sad bedraggled thin , dirty, wild , two hands smaller than she was supposed to be is actually what arrived from Ireland on Tuesday.. The dealer came HIGHLY recommended from several people but since then I have also conversed privately with several other very unhappy people who have bought from the same man !!!!!!! Also smaller.. and way less quality than assumed they have bought.. The question is does he care ??? Well none of them have managed to exchange !!!! for a suitable animal ... So what happens now ?????? I should be a hard nut... send this poor little wretch back to Ireland and exchange for what ... some other dubious pony of uncertain health and condition.... spend umpteen hours on the phone worrying afterwards about where she ...Erin.... has ended up and what the hell is on its way to replace her... I guess the dealer was relying on my big horsey loving heart and playing on my stupid horse loving conscience that I would just keep her .. Well he was right ...I will .. BUT !!!!!! To the dealer... You did not send me a 14hh or anywhere near filly..... to make 15hh or anywhere near...... which is exactly what I had made clear I wanted.. granted she did look bigger in the for sale pictures... You did say she was lean and now out on good grass and you promised me a healthy baby soon after i bought her and handed over my good money,, You told me you wouldnt leg me up and if I wasnt happy I could have my money back or exchange for another quality pony... You didnt even listen when I said I wanted to leave her on the lorry and just have my money back.. Different story then eh ????? You just cant keep taking money from folks and sending them unhealthy wrongly described shit horses and expecting them to suck up your deciept and just put up with it....Its wrong !!!!!! Just because you are charming on the phone.. You allowed a haulier to pick ... MY.. pony up three weeks ago and relied on him to care for her until he had a load big enough to travel horses to England.. .You took my money but did not care for my purchase after you pocketed my £950 for a pony .. I have had contact with several people heart broken who have paid you an awful lot more .. one poor lass £4500 and she has never been able to find a swap ???? for something that is even close to what she thought she was buying... and has almost given up trying..perhaps you can resolver her problems and she bought two !!!! Why did you not give her her money back.. If you were as honest and as genuine as the Irish Blarney that drips from your mouth then I wouldnt be making this post and you would have been on the phone offering me my cash back or at least apologizing for the cock up and doing your best to put it right.. But no.. not a word.... Not that it makes any difference to you but the poor bedraggled filly will be ok now, as Terrie and I will keep her and as the good people on here know, we will do we will work our magic and put her right but actually WE SHOULDNT HAVE TO DO THAT... I trusted you John Sheridan but I wont be buying from you again... Even if this filly was neglected after you sold her to me, she would never ever make the height I wanted her to make no matter how hard I dream and I didnt want a 12,2 two year old. She is nowhere near the pushing 14hh i was told she was.. and I didnt miss hear or not ask the questions.. I am NOT that stupid... I might have been legged up and sold a pup and I may be just soft enough and stupid enough to keep this filly but I am not the idiot buyer who is going to suck up and shut up... I have been had over and I AM NOT HAPPY ... and I expect after reading this .....neither are you.... So I think we are Quits !!!!!!!!
