Heavenly father,i came before u as ur child,in great need of ur help.I hv physical health needs,emotional needs,spiritual needs n interpersonal needs.many of my problem hv been caused by my own failure,neglect n sinfulness,for which i humbly beg ur forgiveness,lord n God,i ask u to forgive the sins of my ancestors whose failures hv left their effect on me in form of unwanted tendencies,curse,every york n bondages n defects in the body,mind n spirit.heal me lord from all those disorders n deliver me...With ur help i sincerely forgive everyone,especially living or death in the name of ur son jesus,n in the power of his holy spirit,i ask u ,father to deliver me, my entire family tree from the influence of the evil ones.may u almighty God also grant everyone in might Name of jesus christ.
