Kim HoganSenator Ted Cruz Just now I am a single mom who has been rendered homeless by Aspire Lending, who negligently mislead me by approving me for a loan & then killing my loan one week prior to closing! My case has been received by the Texas Department of Mortgage and Lending, reviewed, and investigated, and they have determined Aspire Lending to be at Fault in this case, and have initiated formal disciplinary action against them. Now I just NEED Someone, Anyone to represent me in order to collect a settlement from Aspire Lending. I have been persistently daily trying to locate an attorney who is willing to take my case, with No Luck whatsoever. I have reached out to ALL Media sources in the State of Texas, with yet again Zero Response! I have a legally wiretapped conversation between the VP Mr. Steve Barton of Aspire Lending and myself, where he clearly admits they made a Big Mistake & Promissing me a Resolution Offer by that following Monday! Between those two pieces of Evidence right there, I have More than enough to Win a case against Aspire Lending! So why is No One stepping up to help me out!?
