LETS WELCOME ( Partha Sarathi ) Lets pleasing October welcome, Forgetting lifes sinuous sum! Each moment of months is rare, So, lets live it with pure prayer! This month is woven with festive mood, But is floating in enjoyment good? We actually never enjoy ! Else, Enjoyment enjoying us finds joy! This October hailed,- another shall recur, Without diving deep, Times wrath we incur! October to Octobers will eternally flow: But Time shall swallow with its icy blow! Date, month in calendar will turn pages after pages: In between, our life shall cease with transient phases! Realising this inescapable truth, lets to God lean ; Lifes transience can be trimmed, if Divine fruits we glean! Welcome October, like other months of year, But lets rear every moment as fruitful and dear! Todays sun set,- it shall again appear in morn; But this sun that died today will tomorrow not be born! Who but God alone can add meaning to fleeting Time? Who alone can impart meaning to lifes little rhyme! Instead of being floating in Times eternal stream, And not indulging in crude pleasure in false dream, In the eternal Paradise and bliss of Gods home , Lets make mind introvert that need be freely roam! God ever pervades in every particle and matter; Sans seeking God, our tiny term Time shall shatter! If thus we welcome Nature, shell ruin us all, Only Gods mercy can save us, deterring to drink gall ! This life then will no more be bound by Time and Space, If Gods glories go on to silently shower His grace!
