The Teague Bucking Bull sale was a phenomenal sale for the Bucking Bull industry and should encourage those bucking bull enthusiasts around the country. The sale comprised of 50 lots and averaged a whopping $15,062. The high selling bull, TBB 2660 is a full brother to I’m A Gangster and he changed hands for $110,000. Here’s the important point. TBB 2660 is Registered, and therefore his pedigree is verified by American Bucking Bull, Inc., an independent third party. It’s a simple equation. Registered Bucking Bulls are worth more and consequently add value to your operations. I am very grateful for all the support for my Sale and it just shows that the future for the ABBI and the PBR has never been better, shared Tom Teague. Need another example? Jared Allen, recently purchased Magic Train for $210,000 from D&H Cattle Co. Magic Train has already won ABBI Classic events and is off to a great start in the Built Ford Tough Series. Magic Train was purchased online through The Breeders Connection, but the Pages also do several live sales each year which draw people from coast-to-coast looking to secure registered genetics from the most successful bucking bull breeding program in the industry. The Pages have won PBR Stock Contractor of the Year six times and have had more ABBI Champions than anyone else. As you well know we are huge supporters of the ABBI Registry and feel like these animals that are DNA-proven bring top dollar- where the ones that aren’t just bring sale prices, shared Johna Page of D&H. This year our cow sale was one of the best we’ve had in several years. Allen also purchased ABBI Registered bull Air Time from Scott Accomazzo, who is now currently ranked seventh of all BFTS bulls. Here again, is another example of a bull that is ABBI Registered selling for a high dollar amount. Come sale time, proven bloodlines equal higher purchase prices.
