LETTER OF DISMISSAL?!!!! How will you feel one early morning on reporting to work, you find a letter addressing you saying we regret to inform you that your services are no longer needed because you are not performing on your job. Most of us will call this unfair saying at least you could have given me some more days to show my efforts to you! Well theres no organization that will ask its nonperforming employees to resign before giving them room for improvements. Many organizations encourages its employees to keep learning, enrolling to new courses, add up to their technical and conceptual skills, they even offer training to its workers just to make them improve on their work. Why then should we pressure our President to resign with other of his cabinet without giving them room for improvements. Its unfair right? Instead of people telling him umeshindwa na kazi achia wengine I think hao wengine could just give him lessons to make him perform, tips that they think will make things work, train him and give him advice and not screaming their head-off resign and give the seat to another! That is not helping but destructing. In this world a person is either a problem creator or a problem solver. No one is perfect we are all learners. BE QUICK TO PRAISE AND SLOW TO BLAME. BE QUICK TO JUDGE YOURSELF AND SLOW TO JUDGE OTHERS.
