LETTER TO ALL THE INSTRUMENTALIST The role of instrumentalist in all the church nation wide can never be underestimated, because they are the one who add melody to the song,hymns etc in the church during the choir/ pastors minsistration. Without the instrumentist the choir ministration will be very dry and bored. A church who possess all the instrument without the instrumentalist does nt av any,becauses nobody to handle them,we all knw a church who has instrument when the instrumentalist are always standby everytime. Word of Encouragement: => * All instrumentalist should believe the fact that they r working 4 God and nt the pastor of the Church,once they take note of dat,God will always reward dem in every ramification of there lives,becos d more u work for God wholeheartedly,God will also be working for U,so notin u ask Him to do dat He wil nt do. *Once u r invited for a church program dnt charge any amount you want dem to pay U,bt if dey give u honorarium,i advise u nt to reject it,for dat wil serve as encouragement and propably for ur t fare to wherever u come from.bt for program outside d church program,u might charge an amount,God is nt against dat,cos it might be an avenue where u feed urself or sponsor urself. *Train up the younger once in your church: alot of instrumentalist will nt allow anybody to handle any instrument He/ She handles in the church,dis happens in almost all the church,whenever dey r nt oportuned to be at the church program,d instrument will nt function,God will always wants to enjoy the praise and worship section of ur church wit that instrument u can play,try to train up others so dat,even if u r nt around,u wil be confident,werever u mayb,dat the work of God is moving forward in ur department. *Learn everyday: dnt be to proud,there r alot of instrumentalist today,once dey believe dey r nw professional,they tend nt to be controlable by the choir excos anymore,becos they believe virtually all the church around needs there atention,God wil never be happy wit such a person,if God could humble himself to come to this world inform of a baby called Jesus,he died on the cross,just to take away our sin,then wat is our pride?, Remember,pride goes before destruction,U can also learn from ur friends,new idea and techniques,dnt be too proud to ask dem to train u,it is nt a sin,we all learn everyday *You will give account: u may be wondering what i meant by this (Rev 16 : 15 ),Jesus wil come at any time,u will surely give account of how u av worked wit ur talent,gift,time etc,in the house of God...therefore i beseech thee to do all things acording to Godwill nt yourself will.
