LETTER TO ARTHUR EZE NUKPO My dear Prince Arthur Eze, fellow - TopicsExpress

LETTER TO ARTHUR EZE NUKPO My dear Prince Arthur Eze, fellow Anambrarian and a proud son of Ukpo in Dunukofia LG of our Beloved Anambra State, I greet you, sir. Ive not written a letter to anyone in public before; Im doing so for the first time to you now. Permit me to use this opportunity to thank you for your popular generosity and support to the growth of academic music, especially Church Music in Igboland. Ive happened to be in some of the places, at events, where you donated big sums of money to different singing groups just when you were thrilled by the concord of sweet musical notes sung or played by professional art musicians. I have been a beneficiary of that generosity; directly/indirectly. In as much as I appreciated your generosity those times, I couldnt help marvelling at the vastness of your wealth and moreso, the way you doled out the cash you pledged immediately to the recipients - whether it be in millions or thousands. Chief, I nwelu ego. I sokwa na ndi Anambra ji eme onu! A na m ekpekwanu ekpele ka m dikwanu ka gi ofu mbosi. Chief, I logged in to Facebook around 1400hours today only to be deluged with the bomb they said you threw at Abia State, its people and its governor. People tagged me to it in the different posts they made. My name was mentioned at other comments/posts. My inbox didnt escape it too. I read all them posts. I also went to the link itself, read it together with the comments and digested everything. M wee si ka m juo gi; Chief, oo eziokwu? Is it true that you were brought to the filthiest address in the whole Nigeria as a dignitary to come and reduce your magnificent self by joining those brainless men and women to sing the praises of Orji? Eze nUkpo, is it true that you dashed the microphone against the floor as soon as you were done with the rebuttal shocking the Orji himself and his ndi Abia? Hmmh! O bulu eziokwu, I malu na o dikwa siriosu, chief! Prince, they said you asked these questions in the middle of your beautiful tirade: Are there no elders in Abia again? What are they doing? What are the senators, members of House Reps and other elected officials doing? Did you ask those, sir? Interesting! You see, chief, your tirade is such a case of study that would be analyzed by many in different parts. But permit me to humbly respond to that portion as the only portion Id have to react to in this historically urgent rebuttal. Eze nUkpo, believe me; there are no elders in Abia State! So, dont even ask. There are some traditional leaders (grant them that luxurious appendage) they call Eze (biko, not your own type of Eze in anyway) in Aba that have ancient kingdoms stretching from where they call Osisioma to Ala-Ojii. Those men are just oldies but no elders. If you were able to see the mess called Aba when you were insulted by being brought there, then youre right to use the absence of elders (who are only present as oldies) there to judge the whole of the State. Move away from traditional elders, take it to political elders and ask such oldies like Imo former governor, Gen. Ike Nwachukwu if they know any shame at all. From there, take it to their social elders - those ones in the print & social media, etc who lie to their younger Abians outside Nigeria that all is/will be well with Abia; you will understand that they have no elders - social, political or traditional. Abia is a goner! Chief, did you ask what the senators & House of Reps are doing? Let me help you, sir. Sen. Uche Chukwumerije is onye Abia representing Abia North. You know him well, sir, right? Hell be 80 by 2019 having been born in 1939. Hes a good man, tough-talking and strong, who has defended ndi Igbo very well in many strides. But with people like him from Abia looking the other way with that rot you saw there, I concluded that theres a heavy secret of diabolism hanging over ndi Abia and they know it not. Uche is busy canvassing to be re-elected to Senate for the 4th time instead of mentoring younger ones to help wipe their shame. Its such a disaapointment! Sen. Nkechi Nwogu is busy erecting/renovating a mansion for herself. Other legislators from Abia care no hoot. Other govt officials dont care too so long their salaries are paid. So, there are no elders and the legislators are doing nothing. Can you see my point now, sir. It only takes ndi Anambra & Imo to shout about what you saw for yourself. Of course, you know that Anambra has no space for Orjis. My kinsman, Mbadinuju messed up and he was trashed out after 4 yrs and forgotten immediately. Ohakim tried and Imo showed him pepper after 4 yrs too! Its only Abia that waits for 8 yrs to do so while urging the same rapist to Senate come 2015 in furtherance of his rape. Eze nUkpo, ndi Abia are enjoying their suffering. We should have left them mana ife O ji ewute anyi bu na anyi ncha bucha ndi Igbo. Nkenke-enyi-na-achu igwe-enyi-oso, thats what you are, sir. E kwusia m! Daalu rinne. Nwa Ngobili na-ekene!
