LG UK – Life’s Good! This is the only way I can get through to you! Hello LG! Life is NOT GOOD! I bought an all singing all dancing smart TV off you in September... The Backlight on the TV stopped working at the beginning of January! Though this pleased me in some way as it meant I didnt have to sit through another House wives of *insert an American state* or a stupid reality TV show my girlfriend enjoys watching it also meant I couldnt watch any cool man films or missed out on vital news & Hollyoaks! (Reminds me of living back home in the North) Anyway... Since then the TV was collected to be repaired by 2 delivery drivers that could only be described as the chuckle brothers! Ive now waited almost a month for the television to be sent back to me... The courier company you use are close to useless... Their vans seem to breakdown quite a lot and also dont seem to know how to use a telephone to let their clients know of delays or the reason thy cant make delivery and... Today I was told (this is now the 3rd re-schedule for delivery) the delivery driver couldnt deliver today because to deliver a 50 telly is a 2 man job... Im sure I couldve helped him (I go to the gym you know!) I am really disappointed as Ive had to take time off work (If I lose money I cant pay for new shiny products that LG bring out) please can you tell me how you can sort this out or even how you can compensate me somehow! Please make my Life good! As Im having to play Charades with my girlfriend for evening entertainment and she isnt very good! Look forward to hearing from you! Sonny
