LIBYA UNREST: A rocket struck Tripoli’s Brega oil depot on Sunday, sparking an enormous fire close to the city’s international airport. Italy has offered to send aircraft and a team of inspectors to help control the blaze, which continued to burn on Tuesday, the BBC said. Libyan officials blamed clashes between rival militias for starting the fire. The north African country has seen some of its worst violence in recent months, since the overthrow of Muammar Gaddafi in 2011. This footage shows the fire lighting up the night sky across Tripoli.
