LICHFIELD HALFERS!!!!!! Off your feet now! Get someone else to cook dinner - dont overeat or you may feel heavy legged tomorrow. Plenty of water. Check your clothes, race drinks, food, race number, set your alarm clock, sunscreen, finalise your race goals, do you need vaseline?! Try to do a little jog and some dynamic stretches before the start. Use the first few miles to ease yourself slowly into a steady pace - dont get carried away with the sprinters! ABOVE ALL - ENJOY!!!!!!!!!!!! JAC AND DEB ARE VERY PROUD OF YOU ALL.
